My bank is not allowing me to create an internet merchant account for use with iCCPay!

We apologise for this issue. Due to the fact that we are a small start-up business, we cannot afford the very high costs of getting iCCPay PA-DSS approved. We recommend you try get an internet merchant account through the Commonwealth bank as they are aware of iCCPay. Also SecurePay, eWAY and/or DPS PaymentExpress might be able to assist in this area.Back to questions list

The iCCPay screen keeps on refreshing, like a page turn...

Please note this issue has been reactified with the iCCPay 1.2.0 update. If you have an older version, please update or hold the iPhone steady in an upright manner. The accelerometer is quite sensitive which sometimes causes this to happen. After a few uses you will get used to the way to hold the iPhone and this problem should hopefully go away. Prior to version 1.2.0 you can accept signatures by rotating the iPhone 90 degrees. Back to questions list
